The West Campus of our 22-acre St. Joseph Parish will be an inviting “front porch” to our parish. Accessible buildings and parking will welcome all visitors who come to play, learn and gather in fellowship.

St. Joseph EEC Improvements
The St. Joseph Early Education Center will serve as the "front porch" of the parish, welcoming young families that enter from Johnson Drive, a major thoroughfare in the community. A large existing parking lot, with additional accessible spaces, will continue to serve families of the EEC and provide overflow parking for school, stadium and gymnasium events, as well as community events.
A new fire access lane wlll wrap around an expansive new entry and classrooms of the EEC, and around the west side of the property, surrounding a renovated wing of infant and toddler classrooms and a new toddler playground. Improved Accessibility – New Elevator & Restrooms
Students, families and visitors will soon have smoother navigation with the addition of an elevator in the space that connects the Main Gym and the Auxiliary (carpeted) Gym. This high-traffic area welcomes visitors for games, auctions, fundraisers and other events, and improved accessibility will make broader utilization possible. The Auxiliary (carpet) Gym and EEC will soon be hosting Special Olympics Young Athletes events.
Replacing the outdated restrooms in the Main Gym will be a new set of restrooms in the existing EEC (former high school building) adjoining the gym. These accessible restrooms will also serve patrons of the new Athletic Facility, just south of the building.
St. Joseph Athletic Facility Transformation
St. Joseph will revitalize Mirocke Stadium into a multi-purpose youth athletic facility to serve the community. The new facility will become a hub for youth sports in the region.
The 70+ year-old stadium will be renovated with a new turf field, lighting, sound system, and video scoreboard. The football field will convert to multiple youth flag football and soccer fields, and can also be used for lacrosse, bocce and other sports. A three-lane meter track will surround the fields, along with new sand pits for track practices.
Additional parking spaces and a new maintenance facility will be constructed on the stadium property to serve the entire St. Joseph Church campus. Learn more about the Athletic Facility and see the latest updates.
